This is take 2 out of 3 bread recipes. It's also a personal best in the amount of times I baked bread within a 24 hour period. It was my favourite recipe to have by itself, as a sandwich and to toast. It also happened by accident as I added too much water and had to add one extra cup of flour to compensate for the error. But anyways, no need to waste anymore time talking, so let's get started with the ingredients for these delicious buns, which were;
- 4 cups all purpose white flour
 - 1.5 cups of warm water
 - 1 1/2 tsp dry active yeast
 - 1 tsp coconut sugar
 - 1 tsp baking powder
 - 1 tsp of salt
 - 1 TBSP of olive oil

Instructions for the above ingredients:
Take the sugar, dry active yeast and only 1/2 cup of warm water to mix together. Let sit for approximately 10 minutes. By the end of the 10 minutes, there should be froth forming at the top. The water that you use should be warm, but not too hot to touch.
In that 10 minute period, measure out the full amount of each item and put in a large bowl. In the same bowl, also put in the baking powder and salt. All of these items should be sifted in.
Make a hole (not literallyπ) in the middle of the bowl in between the dry ingredients and pour the active yeast mixture in the middle to mix the surrounding flour with the liquid.
Gradually add the remaining amount of water, only 1/2 cup at a time and knead into dough.
You should knead the dough for approximately 5 minutes by hand.
Add the oil and knead for approximately 1 more minute.
Put the ball of dough into a clean bowl and cover top of bowl with kitchen cloth. Let the dough sit for 2 hours to rise.
Once the 2 hours is up, remove kitchen towel and punch down the dough, only once. Don't get all aggressive on it! lol
Divide dough into 6 equal sized balls, lightly pat down the top with your fingers to form a burger bun shape.
Dip the top of the bun in cornmeal (completely optional) and put on a lightly floured and greased baking pan. Each bun should be a couple inches apart. I ended up using 2 baking pans.
Let the buns sit for an additional 2 hours to rise. Originally I was going to let sit for an hour, but I fell asleep and it sat for 2 hours. Oops! So, I'm just going to tell you exactly what I did because the bread turned out perfect.
When it gets to approximately 1:55, preheat oven to 370 F. This all depends on how quickly your oven heats up.
Bake for 24 minutes.
Once baking time is complete, put the buns on a cooling rack, lightly brush olive oil on the top of each one and let sit until it has cooled from hot to warm.
Featured on this toast is avocado, fried mushrooms in; garlic, olive oil, a teensy bit of veggie broth and about 1/2 tsp of apple cider vinegar. The bun is also topped with sauerkraut and arugula sprouts.
Enjoy your bun whatever you choose to eat with it!
